Maya Suzumura
Maya has been rock climbing for 8 years and fuels her training with lots and lots of hot pot.
Born and raised in Seattle, Maya grew up surrounded by creative communities. She attended the Creative Academy at Seattle Central Community College, where she developed a passion for human-centric design. She is focused on using an empathetic approach to create designs that make lasting emotional connections and believes it's important to ensure designs are accessible, beautiful, intuitive, and inclusive. If you're ever in need of a good recipe, Maya has got your back and she specifically can make a mean steak (the secret is a Sous Vide and lots of love). Maya spends her free time watching horror movies, hosting potlucks for friends, and looking for the perfect rocks to scramble up.
