Isaiah Honick

Years ago, Isaiah began a quest to find the best sandwich in Seattle. He’s still searching…

Isaiah is excited about opportunities to empower communities and individuals through public engagement and involvement. In 2019, Isaiah graduated from the Evans School of Public Policy at the University of Washington, where he specialized in environmental policy and economics. Prior to graduate school, Isaiah taught middle school in Seattle and worked as a wilderness and climbing guide, leading adventures across the Pacific Northwest. Before he returned his native West Coast in 2013, Isaiah also worked in professional baseball for five years. Outside of the office, you might find him mountain biking up and down Tiger Mountain, attempting to climb the peaks of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, and desperately trying not to pull a hamstring on the basketball court.
