Skip Johnson

An avid Mariners fan, Skip is always looking for the opportunity to talk someone’s ear off about how “No, THIS YEAR will finally be the year they make the playoffs again.”

Originally from Puyallup, Washington, Skip is a graduate of the Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University. They moved to Seattle in 2016 to start working at EnviroIssues’ Seattle office, where they gained experience working with utilities and natural resource agencies to develop public participation plans and facilitate meetings. They are passionate about renewable energy and building good public processes where communities can be engaged in the issues that affect them. Now a resident of Portland, Oregon, Skip can be found trying new restaurants and breweries in their foodie city, playing video games, and exploring parks with their dog/best friend Harvey.
