Sara is a tap and contemporary dance teacher and has endless appreciation for all choreography, especially breakdancing.
After years of working closely with communities facing human rights violations in Thailand, Sara brought her experience of facilitation and community engagement to Washington state. Her work as a cultural anthropologist allowed her to foster a passion for social and environmental justice with indigenous groups around the world. With her M.A in Anthropology, Sara seeks to create equitable participation for communities impacted by projects. She enjoys raising awareness and educating communities about projects that involve their neighborhoods. When she isn’t at the office, you can find Sara digging in her garden, searching for authentic Isaan food or carving the mountain on her skis.
