Carina’s favorite activities include bachata dancing, oil painting and visiting her family in rural Eastern Oregon.
Carina is passionate about making public engagement accessible to all communities. She brings a variety of skills and experiences from working with diverse communities through grassroots organizing, coalition building and legal advocacy in the immigrant community. Carina is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a double major in international studies and sociology. She is especially interested in projects in the housing sector and exploring how the public can shape inclusive neighborhoods.
