Willow learned to row before she could ride a bike – a consequence of spending the first six years of her life on a sailing cargo ship.
Since 2004, Willow has been helping organizations develop effective communications that inspire their audiences to act. A skilled strategist, Willow zeroes in on the true nature of a challenge and builds collaborative solutions. She has facilitated shared campaigns to restore the Mississippi River and Great Lakes ecosystems and brought the sometimes-wonky work of nonprofits to life through multimedia storytelling. Willow is deeply committed to ensuring all voices are heard so we can foster thriving communities and vibrant natural spaces that everyone can enjoy. When not at the office, Willow is volunteering at PAWS Cat City, sailing, going to a show, playing tabletop games, or taking dance classes with great enthusiasm and questionable style.
