Cecelia has four years of experience in public outreach, community development and event planning in both the public and nonprofit sectors. She also has several years of experience working in the environmental and land use department at a Seattle law firm, providing her with an understanding of local environmental issues. With a master’s in urban planning, Cecelia’s combination of education and experience makes her well-versed in local transportation, land use, and other public policy issues.
