Pierce County Public Works needed an advertising campaign to remind residents to pick up litter, report illegal dumping, and to adopt a highway. Public Works wanted the campaign to focus on the positive aspects of litter control instead of ugly polluted landscapes. The Creative Studio team created a visual-driven campaign centered around the natural beauty of the area with the headline “Naturally Beautiful” and a call to action tagline “Pierce County Pick It Up.”
